  1. These terms
    • What these terms cover. These are the terms and conditions on which we supply products to you and by placing orders with us you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
    • Why you should read them. Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us.  These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, what to do if there is a problem and other important information.
  2. Information about us and how to contact us
    • Who we are. We are Thyme Keepers Limited a company registered in England and Wales.

    • How we may contact you. If we have to contact you, we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided to us in your order.
    • “Writing” includes emails. When we use the words “writing” or “written” in these terms, this includes emails.
  3. Our contract with you
    • How we will accept your order. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we place an order via our website and you receive an email confirmation, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.
    • If we cannot accept your order. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this and will not charge you for the product. This might be because the product is out of stock, because of unexpected limits on our resources which we could not reasonably plan for, or because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product.
    • We only sell to the UK. Our website is solely for the promotion of our products in the UK.  Unfortunately, we do not accept orders from or addresses outside the UK yet, we are hoping to offer this service in the future.
  4. Our products
    • Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only, except for crystals and jewellery.  Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products.  Your product may vary slightly from those images.  Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, occasionally one might find the photograph is slightly different to ones expectations.
    • All crystals have a detailed description of mineral composition, mineral class, hardness, crystal system, also commonly known chakras & astrological signs.  We include descriptions of specific crystals for specific ailments such as physical issues, emotional issues, healing issues and spiritual issues.   Along with the detailed description and images the page will display the price of the crystal excluding postage & packaging.
    • All measurements given on this website have been measured in height, depth and width in centimetres and each item is weighed in grams so that the descriptions we give are accurate within a few millimetres.
  5. Providing the products
    • Delivery costs. The costs and estimated date of delivery will be as displayed to you on our website and all products are delivered via Royal Mail.
    • If there are any problems with your order, we will contact you via email. We aim to dispatch your item within 24 hours after receipt of your order.  Please bear in mind this is not always possible.  Please note we only dispatch orders on weekdays, if you purchase any products on a weekend they will be flagged and dispatched within 48 maximum hours from the next working day.
    • We cannot be responsible for damage from postage, misuse or fair wear and tear. All items are packaged securely and safely.  If any items are broken or damaged in anyway please email us and we can address the situation, for a return.
    • If you are sending an item as a gift, please let us know when completing your order (use the comment box provided.)  We will ensure all crystals will be wrapped and shipped to you ready to present to the recipient or, if you prefer, we can post the item straight to the recipient if you put their name and address into the shipping address.  Again, let us know in the comment box when ordering, and we will wrap it and post it with a personalised message from you, and we will make sure the invoice is sent to you only.
    • We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control, then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.  Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
    • When you become responsible for the goods. A product will be your responsibility from the time delivery of the product is made to the address you gave us.
    • When you own goods. You own a product once we have received payment in full.
  6. Refunds and Returns
    • Exercising your right to change your mind (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). For most products bought online you have a legal right to change your mind within 14 days and receive a refund.  These rights, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, are explained in more detail in these terms.                
    • If you do wish to return any of the items you’ve ordered please email us within 14 days and we can process what you would like to return, after this time returns may not be accepted.  All items being returned must be in the same condition you received them (i.e. unused and in its original packaging.)
    • Refunds will be made for the cost of the item, postage and packaging costs will also be refunded. Return labels that will be emailed or sent to you must be used, or please return to: Thyme Keepers Limited, Unit 28 Basepoint, Isidor Road, Bromsgrove, Worcestershire, B60 3ET
    • How we will refund you. We will refund you the price you paid for the products by the method you used for payment.  However, we may make deductions from the price, as described above.
    • When your refund will be made. We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible. If you are exercising your right to change your mind then:
      • If the products are goods and we have not offered to collect them, your refund will be made within 14 days from the day on which we receive the product back from you or, if earlier, the day on which you provide us with evidence that you have sent the product back to us.
      • In all other cases, your refund will be made within 14 days of your telling us you have changed your mind.
  1. If there is a problem with the product

    • Your obligation to return rejected products. If you wish to exercise your legal rights to reject products you must return them via post back to us.  We will pay the costs of postage or collection.   2. Price and payment
    • Where to find the price for the product. The price of the product will be the price indicated on the order page when you place/placed your order and this is not negotiable.
    • When you must pay and how you must pay. We accept payment by PayPal and by Stripe.  You must pay for the products before we dispatch them to you.  Goods remain our property until payment is received in full.
    • A copy of your invoice will be enclosed with your delivery, unless you have indicated the item is a gift, please refer to clause 5.4 above.
  3. How we may use your personal information
    • How we may use your personal information. We will only use your personal information as set out in our [LINK TO PRIVACY POLICY].
  4. Other important terms
    • Nobody else has any rights under this contract (except someone you pass your guarantee on to). This contract is between you and us.  No other person shall have any rights to enforce any of its terms
    • If a court finds part of this contract illegal, the rest will continue in force. Each of the paragraphs of these terms operates separately.  If any court or relevant authority decides that any of them are unlawful, the remaining paragraphs will remain in full force and effect.
    • Which laws apply to this contract. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction.
    • Our liability shall under no circumstances exceed the original value of the price charged for the goods. We cannot accept liability for injury or negative consequences of using any of our products.
    • We cannot accept liability for goods broken in transit but will endeavour to communicate with the carrier for Royal Mail and their refund policy is to refund the wholesale cost and postage of an item, not its resale value.
