1. Stones are sold as purchased from our supplier. Occasionally we might be misinformed.  Sometimes we will know to correct this ourselves before selling on, but sometimes we will not.  Whereas every endeavour is made to sell the stones correctly, mistakes do occur.  If this happens, we are always happy to do a refund on it.  If you spot a stone incorrectly labelled on the site, please do not hesitate to let us know and we will check this out with our local expert and change the information & price if necessary.  We are quite knowledgeable about stones, but by no means complete experts yet, we are working on that!
2. We cannot be held responsible for any allergies. We sell a small amount of jewellery, which is usually set in silver or wrapped in copper.  We will always endeavour to give complete mineral and material composition.  Sometimes this may not be totally possible.  There are usually traces of nickel in Sterling Silver, which is only 92.5% pure.  Most products containing silver will be of a sterling silver quality or more, and never less. Please buy responsibly.
3. Information given on the energetic properties and uses of crystals are the result of research from expert sources, intuition, beliefs and self-treatment. The use of crystals are to be used as a complimentary tool to holistic treatment, and not to be used in place of seeing a registered Holistic practitioner or Medical Doctor.
4. The suggested healing properties are just suggested, many stones have multiple uses and may or may not be beneficial to you as an individual. What works for one person may not work for another as individuals vary in their receptivity to the guided benefits or properties.

6. Please be aware some of our crystals may be brittle or sharp. Some fragments may come loose while in transit and have sharp edges. Please exercise caution when handling them.
